Our Process

Client shares requirements → Specifications aligned → Pricing & terms finalized → Order processing → Shipment

Payment Terms

We require 50%–100% advance payment depending on the order. Accepted methods include bank transfer, wire transfer, telegraphic transfer (TT), and Letter of Credit (L/C).

MOQ & Lead Times

Each product has a minimum order quantity (MOQ), kept deliberately low to support SMEs. Samples are available before order confirmation. Lead times are dependent on order size, with a commitment to agreed timelines — large orders can be delivered on a rolling basis.

Sample Policy

All sample and associated shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. These costs are fully credited against the invoice after order confirmation.
